Descripción


El ritmo (minutos por kilómetro) y el tiempo de llegada son los dos datos más usados en el entrenamiento de carrera. Esta herramienta calcula ambos y además muestra los tiempos parciales, para que puedas comprobar tu ritmo con el reloj durante la carrera.

Cómo usarla


  • Modo 1 «Calcular ritmo según la marca»: introduce la distancia y el tiempo total (h:min:s) para obtener el ritmo y la velocidad

  • Modo 2 «Calcular marca según el ritmo»: introduce el ritmo objetivo (min:s / km) y la distancia para obtener el tiempo de llegada estimado

  • Arriba hay botones rápidos de 5 km, 10 km, media maratón y maratón; pulsa uno para rellenar la distancia automáticamente

  • Debajo del resultado se muestra el tiempo acumulado por kilómetro (cada 5 km en distancias largas)

  • La unidad de distancia es el kilómetro; la media maratón se calcula como 21,0975 km y la maratón como 42,195 km

  • Los tiempos parciales se calculan suponiendo un ritmo constante; en una carrera real hay variaciones, así que solo sirven como referencia previa
